Trying to decide on this or a driver/low z setup for around 800rwhp on e85/boost. By the calcs, it looks like it would be pretty close.

I know others have mentioned this, but if there's a trial set, I'll put them in and get video on gas and e85 under boost.

If your calcs push the DC much above 80-85% then you should consider a low-z higher flowing injector.

for the price you can buy a impedance converter box and some 96# injectors. They idle fine in my car

Subscribing and waiting. I would like to try these with my new Dry Direct port set-up and a proposed 350rwhp shot. I would like to be able to do all my tuning with the stock PCM.

yes done it and they work fine,

i replaced a driver box and 96lb injectors with these and they work a lot better and still flow enough for close to 1250hp

we were making 1100hp at around 80% duty 160mph at 3350lbs tells the story there

the driver box seemed to send funny signals to the injectors and we were getting up to 200deg C difference between cylinders.. the car still made power and did everything it needed to, you wouldnt know there was something not right unless you have a temp setup on each cylinder.

i just need racetronix to do a 120lb/h high Z injector now and ill be set for the new setup

What's the small pulse thresh hold (i.e. SVO42 at 61psi base pressure requires > 1.79x ms to get a squirt)

Why not just run a pair of 60lb's per cylinder then ?? Id hazard a guess the factory injector driver could cope just fine with a pair of injectors wired in parallel.

im going to be testing the 2 injectors per driver very shortly on my daily driver before we do it on the race car, if that is the case and it does work i will run the 79's and a set of stock injectors just to get it over the line,

I wonder does anyone have any info, on how much current the drivers can actually handle ??

I do not run a factory ecu on my car. But it can easily handle 1, or 2 injectors per driver. In fact...I know people who have wired 4 injectors per driver in some cases with no problems.
