Default -Fuel System for Boost-

Ok basically I need some help with getting my fuel system together from my procharger set up.

I will be running a P1SC on like 6-8lbs of boost. Basically I want a fuel system that will let me max out a P1SC....so like 650whp capable. I will be only running like 460-500whp for awhile till I can afford to forge my bottom end.

I was thinking 255 intank, 42lb injectors, speed inc high flow fuel rails, aeromotive FPR.

What brand pump and injectors should I go with? Should I go to like a 55lb or 60lb injectors to meet my goals?

ALSO VERY STUPID QUESTION PROBABLY....when changing to 42lb injectors will my gas mileage decrease? if I go to a bigger injector like 60 will it decrease even more?

Changing the injectors will not affect your fuel economy as long as they are tuned for your setup. The setup you are describing may be good to 600rwhp but that would be pushin it. Dual pump and 60# inj. would cover your goals.

Most guys I see just get the 60lb injectors. I have 50's right now with 500rwhp with no problems but if I were to do it again I would go with the 60's for more room to grow.

im putting mine together right, -8an feed with a -6an return, mototron 60lb injectors, speed inc rails, PP boost referenced FPR, and i plan on going with a Lonnies Double Pumper set up

I did fail to mention I am also running a 255 intake pump as well.

Then you will be fine with some 60 lb injectors , and a hotwire kit for that walbro and you will be good to go . For 600-650 you will definetely need 60#ers and you will also need more than just one 255. I'm running dual 255's and 60# injectors with rails and aeromotive FPR and using the stock hard lines along the frame rails with -6 line going from the tank to the hard lines, and -6 running to the rails from the hardline.
