Default Who makes injectors larger than 160#?

Im considering running e85 for my thumper turbo setup (1600 rwhp) and I will obviously need larger than 160lb injectors.. what is out there? Looking to keep it single stage injected.

Call RC engineering and Marren. They have 1600's @ 43 psi but are good up to 100 psi.
Also Marren did my last two injection setups. They have good products. (injector.com)

Sounds like a familiar setup .....Pro-Line racing engines also sells 212lb injectors that would help you out.

240s are about 80% @ 1650 rwhp- i don't remember how much they seem to work pretty good (belt pump) on da corn!
idle is not bad on corn depending on the inches...

My buildup is also going to be E85 powered and I was wondering the same thing. I want the fuel setup for 1500 rwhp for future turbo upgrades.

Does anyone have an accurate injector calculator for E85 injector sizes?

Also, I have been thinking about the staged injectors. My car will need to be streetable, cause I want to take it on the Power Tour and etc. Would the staged injectors be more streetable, or is it all in the hands of the tuner?

Thanks for any help and I will watching to see what setup you end up with Willem...

Weldon recommended a 2345A pump (with a controller) plumbed -12 in, -10 out and -10 return for me on E85 , and I'm not even looking to make as much power as these guys!

sorry for the hijacking. i have already converted to E-85, but not at near these levels would someone be interested in clueing me in on what will work best for my car, large high impedance, ie. the new racetronix 79# or low impedance and converter. i need to be able to pass the sniffer. i've had trouble with 60#ers on decel, and think 79# would be worse.

Siemens has some CNG injectors which are going to be released to the gas market in the future. There have been some floating around but none that are approved for use with (race) gas yet. As a Siemens distributor we will have them as soon as they are released. At 1600HP this still may not be enough.

Perhaps these will work for you:

Racetronix now offer a 79lb high impedance ??

RC Eng offer 73-75lb at 45psi ( Im using them )

Or Schimmel Performance, VW tuners offer a 95lb high impedance injector.

That is odd. Siemens, Delphi and Bosch don't make such a thing. The largest injector shown on Schimmel's store is 90# and the picture shows a Delphi Multec 1 Injector as shown in our ad here: http://www.racetronix.com/17113744FM.html
Perhaps there is a typo on their page? We see it all the time.

My mistake....its 90lb. But they do offer them. If it is a typo, their site has had them up there for around a year now.

It was a friend in Malta who reccomended them to me. He tried some Venom's, which he described using several four letter words. But said the Schimmel's worked very well for him, on turbocharged 4cyl engines.

It would be nice to know what type of injector it is. The picture is misleading and there are no specs on the injector. Many import people assume injectors are high-z b/c they run a resistor ballast box between the factory PCM and injector. It is a poor man's way around a injector driver box.
