Default E85 and injector size

I am a little confused about what to order. My set up is Tr230/224, PRC 5.3 stage 2.5s, long tubes 3inch exhaust, ls6 intake, underdrive pulley. I have been told that the SVO 30#s are more than enough for this set up. My question is, if I have the car tuned for e 85, will these injectors still do the trick or would I need to go with 36s? Sorry if this question has been asked many times.

i'd go with 42's, E-85 needs 30% more fuel delivery.

depends on the HP. my 42's are maxed out as well as the walboro 255. my sig is corrected actual rwhp was more like 530. and yes you do need a tune. stoich is 9.8:1 for E-85 gas is 14.7:1, so you run real lean. but it will run

Yes Jessie, your new walbro 255 pump and 55 lb/hr injectors will need a completely new tune to run E85.

i just read on the predator web page that many of the gm truck lines have everything needed to run E-85/flex fuel. i haven't check mine yet, but i bet it's just a matter of turning on the fuel sensor. otherwise you just need to change the value for stoich in the ecm from 14.7 to 9.8, but this locks you into E-85 only. i'll check my 05 sierra and post up results.

it looks like we just need to add in some values for the open loop ethanol blend factor they are all 0. ive been wanting to try this for while just haven't done it.
there is also a table for stoich based on ethanol %

there is a guy. good friend of mine. he has a 1991 gm blazer. and he runs e-85. all day long thought stock fuel lines. he has been running it for about 2 years. so i don't think you will have a problwm running e-85. just need bigger injectors

just filled up with the E-85. defenitly down on power, so i'm tweaking the ethanol spark table, many of the cells are negative, so it's pulling timing. kinda strange that GM set it up to pull timing when you should run more timing. but it ran ok and the hp pid says peak hp is up by 23 hp but it's sluggish from a stop. fuel trims are good at idle slightly negative but 35 or so at max. they had been about 20 max, with gas. i need to get my wide band hooked up and tune it.
this is on my bone stock 05 GMC Sierra, the only thing iv'e changed, until now, were the tranny settings
