SKI, thanks for posting this up. A couple of questions:
1- Is there no problem with the electrical crimp connections being submerged in gas?
2- Another post recommends NOT using rubber fuel lines submerged due to deterioration isssues. Did it appear possible to re-use the stock ones for either supply or return lines?

One thing that I'd like to add is that I highly recommend anyone doing this to have the first step to be pull the float arm off of the sensor. It's extremely easy to bend it. Even bent a tiny bit and it'll throw your gauge off.
