Yes..Kind of.
The bank that has the bad injector will appear to be lean to the PCM because of the additional air (O2) the dead cylinder is pumping onto the exhaust. As a result your LTFT on that bank will be +. This will cause the PCM to increase the injector pulse width to try and compensate for a false lean condition. The other 3 cylinders on that bank will be rich.

I have one bank that the Ltrims start increasing until they hit 25%. I have searched for a vacuum leak and can not find one. Could a clogged injector cause this?

Possible but not likely. One bad injector will contribute to a +25 reading but I do not think it will be the sole cause. As a test swap the suspected injector to the other side and see if the problem follows.
How do your plugs look? Do they all look the same?
A bad injector will also cause a P0300 (misfire) code to set or be pending.
Bad coils, plug wires, and any other true misfires will contribute to +LTFT values.

NavySS? in drag racing discovered that was due to his intake manifold not being bolted right on one side of the motor.
If you had one bad injector it would affect one cylinder.
