I just recently upgraded from SVO 30#'ers to some Lucas 42lb'ers from Precision Turbo. I like them overall. I do have to say my idle was a bit smoother and AFR's more steady with the SVO injectors vs. the Lucas 42's. I also had to re-tune my VE Table and Desired Airflow in addition to the Injector Flow Rate table. I had my tune with the SVO's almost dead on. Even though I rescaled the IFR table for the larger injectors, the car was richer across the board with the 42's. Hence the retuning. Aside from that is runs and starts great.

I run them in my set-up. I can't really say anything great or bad about them, but then again I did not do the tuning. Car runs and starts great.

I calculate about 5 - 6 lbs. of boost on a 346 cu in engine.

Your going to need 60 lb/hr @ 3 bar minimum for your application.

I read that the 42 lb hr injectors that are rated at 43.5 psi will support about 550whp @58 psi.

For what specific application? It all comes down to power output and BSFC. I would think a 346 cu in engine with some type of forced induction and 5 - 6 lbs. of boost would be close to 550 whp.....
