Default 1 pump enough for turbo

Is 1 GS 340 enough for a turbo car under 600rwhp and 8-9 psi max? I see the supercharger kits only give you one pump for low boost.

To be safe, I usually say 550rwhp, but many have gone higher without problems.... but some have issues above this level. It depends on your tune & the condition of your fuel system as well.

I say no only because I'm at 525 rwhp (Mustang dyno numbers) and fuel pressure does not hold for me. Maybe if you have a fuel system with return lines and all, and your boost referenced, then yes. But I don't think that a factory setup with the regulator in the tank is going to work.. just my 2 cents..

What would be better then; 1 GSS340, aeromotive compact fuel press. reg., return line OR 2 GSS340's (1 w/ hobbs switch).

Ok should I get a second hotwire kit for the second pump and splice it into the one I already have?

the hobbs switch should take care of that. it kicks the second pump on at a certain psi of boost. i think thats right. if not talk to lonnie and he will take care of you really good to work with

But I still need power going to the hobbs, which will then feed it to the second pump when it hits a pre-set boost level don't I ?? Or am I looking at this all wrong?
