Default no fuel on cold start

first off its an lt1 with a p0441 engine code which is Evaporative emission control system incorrect purge flow yet the car is running fine. whenever the car sits for more than an hour it takes about 10 seconds to start because its starved for fuel. if I restart the car right after cutting it off it will start right up. what part do i need to fix in order to keep the fuel from draining out of the lines?

Does it prime when you turn the ignition on?

Turn the key to run and don't start it, does it whine from the gas tank?

MORE HELP ON THIS PLEASE.

I have a similar issue, but it's not as long.

I always let it prime first.

you need to check ur fuel psi get a gauge and on the back of the intake there will a nipple on there with either a black cap on there or not. hook up the gauge to that and turn you koeo or key on engine off and it should go to near 50 psi. then down to 36 which is low but fine. anything less than that ur pump is shot. post back up and let us know what happens so we can fix this
