Can u put a 3 channel in a 4 channel setup

Can u put a 3 channel in a 4 channel setup I blew my 10 bolt last night. I found a 10 bolt without TCS but it has ABS. Can I put this rear in and swap plugs to give me TCS also???
Also is the LT1 rearend the same as LS1 rearend???
