Default Good deal on 12 bolt

Hi guys just looking for a new rear end since my 10 bolt took a **** and some.. LOL... Well I"m look for a 12 bolt.. Either Strange or Moser.. I would rather have a Strange to be honest. Who knows where I can get on at a decent price? Look to spend no more than 3K..

Do some research and your homework on here man, lot's of good/bad info and options. Keep an eye on the classifieds. You may also want to consider the 9" or S60.

Moser 12 bolt = 4 smaller bolts for the torque arm and they suck
Strange 12 bolt = takes a billion weeks to recieve
Moser 9" = only about $50 more than a 12 bolt and nicer

Price can be important. It's probably not the first thing that I'd look for from a large transaction. I wouldn't overlook service and tech for questions and answers.

There's quite a few vendors on here who can offer you a good value for your dollar. Most probably price-match as well. My advise is choose the vendor whom you feel comfortable with. There's nothing worse than purchasing products ...and if/when there's problems, they don't "go to bat" for you. Nothing is free in life as they say.

If you have questions, I can help. We can offer you Strange products and as many, price-match. I'd suggest picking up the phone and calling so questions can be answered quickly.

when i weighed up the 12bolt vs the 9", the pros for the 12-bolt was less weight and less drivetrain loss. the pros for the 9" was more strength, less chance for gear whine, and removeable center section (would allow you to own multiple center sections with different gears). With my plans for the car, i wont ever put down enough power to break a 12-bolt, and i picked a street/strip gear (3.73), and i was willing to accept some additional noise on a 'race' part to get the less weight and drivetrain loss.

just be honest with yourself as to what you are going to do with the car and what is most important to you, and the decision will be easy.

Thanks, I appreciate it! We're located fairly close to Moser which results in us having a very close working relationship. Check out this video. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...html?item=1469 Bob

Midwest Chassis....call Eric or EPP...call Bob , depending on what you need, either should be able to help you out. I believe that MWC carries Strange.
