Gear Swap = Disappointing Track Results!
I swapped my 4.56 gears for 5.18s thinking it would pick up and it killed my ET's and MPH and 60"! I'm re-installing the 4.56s this weekend. Take it from me and don't try too high of a gear. My goal is to run 6.60s and 10.50s in hot weather and it's almost there. I run an all-motor car with a 4L trans.

*I went back out the next night since the humidity was so bad but it ran the same high numbers. The tuning also needs a little work but I lost 2/10ths from raising gears!

This is what I see here.
By changing the ratio in the rear.
You went from low 1.4 60 foots to high 1.4 60 foots and even a 1.5 flat. Which tells me you have to work on tweaking the suspension.
I do not have access to your Fquick at work so if you can, cut and paste your mods/driveline etc etc. I assume 4L60e but just to be sure.
How is the converter in the car feeling too tight? What RPM did you cross the traps and what are they now.
I know you listed % of Humidity but what was the DA, as that should be the guage of where the air quality was at and I think the loss in the 60 was compounded by the difference in Air quality showed the loss. Running in similar weather and getting the 60 foot the same should show an ultimate gain.

I run on a 4L60E and the converter feels ok to me. I will PM you with more info. Crossed at 6700 in traps, same now but it hits limiter in 3rd right at finish line. Not sure what DA was, I know I need to know this each pass to properly evaluate my car. The very next night I went out and ran again in 70% humidity at 83* and it ran the same #'s. I think there's too much gear for my tire and converter.
