i usually run a 13.4 at 108.8 with a 2.0 60 foot my best so far was a 13.3 at 109.8 with a 1.9 60 foot i have a thunder racing 230/224 cam mac mid length headers whisper lid underdrive pulley. im still on stock converter though

I would do a converter first and get that car into the 12's already MPH is there. Then swind some gears in there. But either one should get you a 12, what are you looking to gain from the gears?

Here's a short shopping list. Long tubes and LS-6 intake so your cam can breathe. 3.23s or 3.73s and throw in some SVO 30 injectors bc you are probably maxing your stock ones out.

i would do longtubes, around a 3600 stall, and a nice tune. if its a dd, 3.42's gears are plenty good enough on an a4. idk man you should be in the 12's already, im runnin less bolton's then you with stock internals/tranny and 2.73's and im in the 12's on street tires. i would say high elevation? but your down south in La.
Maybe you need to clean the engine out with some seafoam?? lol.

Yeah but with no dyno tune and stock fueling with the LS1 intake he's not going to get anywhere near where he should be at. That car has potential just by adding the LS6 intake and getting it tuned. That would be my very first thing to do on that car. Then Lts, stall, gears. Just my two cents.

I don't know for sure what your elevation etc is there, but I would have thought you would already be high twelves with those mods. Or could be there with traction maybe? I have never ran mine so I can't really comment further, just basing my opinion on what I have read here and other places.

MACs actually flow pretty good, so I wouldn't waste the money unless you have it to upgrade. If your a A4 you defiantly should get a 3000+ stall (depending on DD or not). With just a 3200 Stall, LTs, and some suspension I was pulling 12.5s on a bad 60ft and full weight.
