Just letting everyone know I fixed my vibration. Went back to the stock 10 bolt, stock torque arm, stock trans crossmember, and stock driveshaft. There are now zero vibrations. I guess I'm one of the few people that have gone from a 9" to a 10 bolt and couldnt be any happier haha

When I was doing it I thought so. Now that it is done and I can enjoy my car again, its not so bad. It really threw the handling of the car off as well. I don't race enough to warrant a 9". Car feels like a whole new car, in a good way.

Eh the way I see it, I can eat 20 10 bolts before I hit the price of what my 9" cost me

my problem is because of the converter lockup. raised the TCC tables and i didnt get vibration at the old mph anymore. i didnt get up to the new mph values i set to see if it still did the same thing. but my problem is definitely converter lockup related.

Default Driveline/Pinion Angle and Vibration

hey everyone. was reading your post while working on the same issues on my 94. i also lowered 2" some time ago. just had my 4th trans built and that’s what led to the adjustment again. back a year or so ago when i ran into the problem i added shims to the trans mount and when i added drag bags to the rear coils more vibration went away. I’m going to get some 1" lower coils for the rear. the drag bags make a comfortable ride as well as the adjustable front/rear shocks. anyway thought i would say thanks for all the post as it helped with my re adjustment again. i went to sears and got the dig. AF. what a difference it is compared to the other crap i was using.
