get a different set of gears. noise usually means they aren't set up correctly.
I had 4.11 gears in my 9". The thing whined like a banshee. Why? It wasn't set up right.
I've had my factory rear apart several times. It's quiet. Why? Set up right.
Unless you want to deal with the noise (cheapest option), look into getting it adjusted.
