someone give me some advice?
i have the original rear end in my 99 z28 with 4:10's
the other day i chipped a couple teeth on my ring gear and pinion.
both my axles were worn too. i have looked at a couple different options.
a) go a head and rebuild stock rear end
b) throw a 12 bolt in? which 12 both to go with?
i have welded sub frame connectors
lower control arms
front and rear sway
front strut.
panhard rod
since my suspension is a little beefed up would i be better off with a 12 bolt or rebuilding back to stock with the 4:10s?

Go with an aftermarket 12 bolt, 9", or S60 rear end.
Don't spend time with repairing and spending money on the stock rear when upgrading to a stronger aftermarket unit will be a huge improvement for your car.
