Default any gains if i go to a 4.10 with a 28" tire

Well now i have 3.23's and 26" tire. Was thinking of going with the new 295/55/15 drag radials, but that would kill my gear ratio. I know the 4.10s would be great for the taller tire, but if i wouldn't get any ET gains, i have not problem just staying with current setup

Do you have traction issues now? If not keep in mind that even though that big tire will look mean'r hell on the back it's heavier and taller so it will take more energy to get it turning. Since you're SI you don't have an overabundance of power to waste. I wouldn't use a tire that big unless I needed it for traction or to slightly tweak my final gearing. My .02 of course.

I assume you already know that the reliability of the 10 bolt will significantly drop if you go 4.10's and 28 stickies.
