Yeah a little bit, lol... The good thing is that I was cleared a few years back, and now I am back in the gym. Slow but sure I am getting the lard off me, lol, I don't know if I will ever push up 400+lbs again, but we'll see. Then again there are 2 types of Juice, one that you TRACK and one that you STACK. Nothing wrong with a little help on both counts, lol
