Good luck and nice ride for sure LOL

I'm willing to bet that my replacement strange axles will not have any issues...I trust MADMAN's opinion and he said I'll be fine. If he recommended that I step up to 40s then I would have...but that requires alot more part changes...

Gosh, what such a bad problem that must be having issues with 35 spline axles. Hey what about those rear ends on dump trucks? That should hold up!

Like I said I wasn't trying to tick you off, but that is alot of stress on a 35 spline setup...Good luck to you on your future runs. Don't forget to send the axle to Moser....You can always get it replaced, then sell them.....

Phil99vette did...but he was running even more power than I was

After talking to MADMAN, they had other issues with runout running Moser 40 spline axles on a drag radial car. a switch to strange fixed those issues

Can't say what fluid he's running, but I know of some Pure Street mustang guys running one quart of 75w140 gear oil then topping off the rear with 5w30 engine oil....Less friction means quicker runs.....I don't know how well that holds up under street use though...

new strange axles arrived

The pocket milling looks awesome

the pair (including wheel studs and bearings) are 6lbs lighter than the old mosers.

I had a Strange 12 bolt and the axles twisted about half a spline. They told me that its normal and would be fine until I had one full spline of twist. It only had 375a rwhp.

I have moser 35s now but I shouldn't make anymore than 1100. Hopefully they'll hold up
