Default Help weird pulsating noise from rear

Hey guys, I've got a problem, and I'm coming up blank on an answer. Ok so I've been hearing a pulsating noise coming from the back of the car when I am driving. I thought at first it was u-joints, but I checked them out and they are tight and seem perfectly fine. I then thought that maybe both wheel bearings were bad because I can not tell what side the noise is coming from. So today when I lifted up the car I spun the wheel when it was still on the car and heard a grinding noise. I took off the wheel and spun the rotor, and again same grinding noise. I took off the caliper and pads and the noise stopped. So I know its not the bearings. I checked the pads and they look fine, they are both worn even and no cracks or anything wrong, and they still have plenty of meat left. So I tried to push the piston back in the caliper and it slid right back. I reinstalled the caliper and pumped the brakes to get the pressure back, and then I went and spun the rotor again, and the noise returned. The only thing I did notice was that on the rotor on both sides, the inside is worn down faster then the outside. Can someone help cause I am stumped and Im taking an 8 hour trip in a couple weeks are really dont want any problems.
Thanks guys!

I think I'm experiencing the same thing minus the pulsating noise.

Probably just random brake noise from the decent pads on older rotors. I'd try seeing if they can be turned or replace them.

Yeah I think I'm going to replace the pads and rotors and then see if the noise contines because I can't think of anything else it could be.
