Default 10 bolt 3/4 channel questions

ok so i got my 4 channel 10 bolt out, 3 channel is going back in. on top where the speed sensor is what did people use to plug that hole off? im looking for some sort of block off plate but cant seem to find anything. 2nd question the U bolt that holds the rear/sway bar broke while taking it off was too rusted, anyone have a part number for this? went to autozone, advanced auto, nappa, and pep boys none could even find it on their computers. thanks

I've been using muffler clamp u-bolts for 8 years now, never had a problem.

sway bar to rearend parts
u-bolt GM #10018208
bracket #10018209
nut #1151496 std 8mm

http://www.oehq.com/index.cfm?showpa...artsearch2.cfm

never seen a 'block-off' plate, most just leave the sensor in as a plug.

nice to know that nappa down the road had them but when i went there 2 weeks ago the girl didnt even bother looking just went in the back and acted like she did. the old guy found it in 10 seconds and now everything is buttoned up and in the car. its on all 4 wheels now, HOWEVER! now the car is not idling right, starts right up but sits at 200-380rpms give it gas and it immediately stalls after u let off the gas, if i just let it sit at 200-380 it eventually finds its idle. played this game with it back and forth for 45 minutes, oil pressure is good, fuel pressure is good. i have spark, not sure if its just cause i havent started it in a month and it needs to sit longer or what. im kinda lost at the moment, had no choice but to call it quits for the night
