I'm not sure if the axles are different. I believe the 10 bolt axles are different, not sure about the 12 bolt. If not, you should be good to go with backing plates and pressing on the reluctor wheels.

have to get it fabricated so that the abs works. have to relocate the sensor from the end to the middle of the rearend. can be done but have to find someone that really knows what they r doing.

His car is already 4 channel, so I assume he already has the axles sensors and backing plates.

If he still has the 10 bolt rear, he also has the reluctor rings. Just need to pull the 12 bolt axles and see if they are machined to accept the reluctor rings. If so, you only need to press them on (could do it on a vice if you are careful). If not, you'll need to get new axles.

your sig shows a 12 bolt 4.30s',are you replacing a 12 bolt with another 12 bolt or replacing the factory 10 bolt with a 12 bolt ?

No, this is not how you put a 3channel rearend into a 4 channel car....

You'll need reluctor rings pressed onto the axles so your sensors have something to read. You can swap over your backing plates to the 12bolt for the speed sensors to mount to or you can drill the 3channel backing plates to accept your sensor. You can leave the 3channel sensor in the top of the pumpkin or plug it. You can keep the 3channel reluctor ring on the carrier or you can remove it if you want.

my car has a for channel rear and the 12 bolt is 3 channel. so do i just have to take off my backing plates and press my reluctor rings onto the 12 bolt? then just plug in the abs sensors and leave out the tcs sensor?

the ABS sensors are also the tcs sensors on a 4channel car.
the axle reluctor rings are necessary for ABS & TC operation, but the rings you currently have might not go on the 12 bolt axles and being the 12 bolt was setup for 3channel,you might need to get axles with rings from the rearend manufacturer.
