Default s60 true trac ?

how good is the true trac in the s60 compared to the one thats in moser rear ends i hear alot of people hate the true trac for 9 inch but how does it hold up in the s60

what's wrong with them, isint the tru-track what comes stock when you order a dana 60s?

well ive heard its better in the s60 then the 9 inch also i think there working on making a wavetrac for s60 i plan on running a 4l80e with a t-brake was gunna go spool but alot dont like driving on them car is street strip on stock power for now just figured the true trac should hold til i get a wave trac...

I don't know. but I'm about to find out

I have always liked the 4 spider gear and clutch style posi (the cones are nice too! similar to what Chryslers had) but from what I read the true-trac is better

the true trac in the s60 is the strongest youre gonna get just because the size of the unit is bigger than any other...ive had 0 problems with my true trac and its really the only streetable option until the wavetrac comes out...unless you like dealing with locker noise and fast tire wear w/ a spool

thats what i figured, so is anyone running s60 with truetrac on drag radials and a trans brake?

Im running an s60 with dr's but no brake yet. And I havent been to the track yet with it.

i hear alot of 9 inch guys with 6 speeds breaking them alot so they say they suck but i think the true trac for s60 would be better since its bigger if anyone can shed some light would be great.. maybe a sponsor or something

Mine was noisey in that you could hear it lock and unlock when the throttle was applied. Kept making a subtle clunk. I had it removed and installed a spicer HD clutch unit. Nice and quiet now.
