At the track with you 10 bolt??
detroit locker 0 bolt with stud girdle & 3:73's, made 420RWHP, 3200 Vig with shift kit.
11.96 @ 115. 1.79 60'
I weigh 254lbs.
That was the best time I have gotten, been faster with slower ET but the rear is as good now as it was brand new from the factory. Car has 57K.
I'm building a 427 that should make 575 -600 at the wheels. Reflashing the stall to 4200 with a Performabuilt Level II. Got a new Detroit locker, Moser axels, Richmond 4:10 and all new bearings, seals & gaskets as well as the T/A Stud girdle kit for the *** end.
We will see how it holds up this fall at the track on drag radials!

Well after about 60 passes on my 10 Bolt in an M6 car and some hard street driving it took a **** a couple weeks ago. When I turn left it makes a huge clacking sound so I'm waiting to build a rear.
Probably half the passes were on street tires, and the other half on 555R's. 1.9x 60's launching semi-soft. This was with bolt-on power only and stock 3:42's. And I BANG gears, so I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did.

Really thinking about ordering 4.10 gears for my bonestock 2000 Z28 just worried about my rear end haha. any suggestions? besides the ring and pinion what else do you need for install? i'd have a shop install it for me. thanks!
