Need help with a gear choice w/4l80e Roughly 600 whp. 4l80e with 3800 stall. Moser 9".
Has 430 gears now and its a bit much going down the highway. I tried searching and it sounds like 373's are the way to go but i would like to hear from someone that has a similar setup not just someone guessing. Can anyone help? My expectations-- 50/50 street car drag car.

For an optimum 1/4 mile time it's going to depend on what tires size you run at the track, and what rpm you want to see it going through the traps at. This link will help you out. http://www.hotrodpitstop.com/tools.html Bob
