Default Torque arm trouble after rear end install

I swaped rear axles yesterday. done deal. test drove it. It seemed fine. Was coming home from work and it started making some nasty noises at the light. sounded like my brakes rubbing but I was stopped. now I have a sound that sounds like the drive shaft is hitting my exhaust system. checked it, one of the weights is hitting it and the drive shaft is about 3 inchs out of the transmission and the torque arm is coming out of it's mount by half an inch.

Is it easy just to put the torque arm back in the mount or will this be an evening job.

LCA's are back in of course but yes I did remove them to replace the rear end. My car is lowered however which I have heard peole relocating them after you lower these cars. But My issue is the Torque arm. I have a pic of it and the drive shaft. showing how much the TA comes out of the mount to the tranny.

Rear is perfect. everything is on par. It's in the pisture, you can see the fresh metal from the torque arm coming out of the mount. I just need to know if I need to take it apart and reassemble it or if the mount itself is fucked.

I'm saying that the hard connections are at the rear end. That stuff on the transmission side slips on. So there has to be something going on for it to be pulling out

I don't know, I thought I posted it up there. I am a tard, I was pulling on the TA while trying to get the rear pushed forward to get the LCA's in. So, do I need to take the LCA's back off. Take the TA mount off, realign the bushing and put it back together.

You can try to remove the shocks from the rear end while you adjust everything. It might make it easier to mess with.
