The MWC 9 is just a superior piece hands down. You can custom build it to suit your suspension needs, and get huge deals on suspension parts at the same time. I am doing my suspension at the same time.
Includes
Springs
shocks
lower control arms
panhard
torque arm
driveshaft
sub frames
they sell you all that with the 9 if you like, and at a humongous *** discount.

If your wallet is busting at the seams then definately order new and get it the way you want it!!! If the budget has limits then check the parts classified for a good used rear, but you can't custom order when buying used....still there are some deals there! I rebuilt my 10bolt once, cost $1000, lasted 3yrs, broke again, bought used moser12, prolbem solved!!! I have an a4 w/4500 vig converter and its more than strong enough for me. You with an m6 will probably need something stronger if you race it on a sticky tire, and get a good driveshaft w/1350 yokes and u-joints! Just my 2 cents!! Larry.

I have the S60 and I love it. If you are looking for reliability under any circumstances the S60 is the way to go.
When you compare the prices of new units its a no brainer. However, you will be hard pressed to find one used. The extra weight of the S60 actually helps plant the tires better as well. Some will complain about the 2-3% extra loss but you also have to take into consideration that the S60 has a far superior pinion angle when compared to the 9 and 12.
I think I said $2350 shipped with everything needed to install it, no modifications.

I agree with everyone else. Dont waste your money on the 10-bolt, because it never fails at some point it will break again. There are tons of choices out there so be sure to do plenty of research and see what fits your needs the best. I will add that Midwest Chassis does a great job and can no doubt get you taken care of if you were to decide to go that route.
