Default Horsepower limits on stock steel driveshaft

I just built a forged 408, built tranny, stalled, car has Spohn complete rear drag suspension, S60 rearend and looking to spray a 300 shot through a dual stage. My question is: WHAT IS A SAFE HORSEPOWER LIMIT FOR A STOCK STEEL DRIVESHAFT TO HANDLE? Car does have the driveshaft safety loop but just wondering if I should invest in a stronger driveshaft as well. I don't want sh*t to hit the fan once I launch it off the line!

A stock LS engine has enough power to destroy a stock driveshaft with traction. This small up-grade is money well spent.
