Default torsen paddle(thrust block) orientation

I have searched this and seen some say it doesn't matter, some say uphill, some say down hill. What is the correct way?

I followed this. Which according to that the slope faces up. So when you are looking at it the highest part faces you and lowest part is away from you. http://www.torsen.com/files/Installa...20GM%207.6.pdf
