where did these brackets go on axle ?

where did these brackets go on axle ? the two gray smaller ones pretty sure mounted to the top corners of the rear axle differential cover and held the parking brake cables up out of the way.
but where did the larger black one at the bottom of the pic go ?

Those brackets locate/guide the emergency bracke cables. I am pretty sure that darker colored one uses oone of the cover bolts on the rear end and also locates/guides the emergency brake cable.
