Default Measurement ?'s for a custom 9"

i know a local fabricator that can make me a 9" bolt in setup. my question is what is the stock axle flange to flange measurement in a stock 7.5 rear end from a 2000 camaro? ive been searching and came up with "4th gen rear length from outer axle flange to outer axle flange is 64.72". can anyone confirm this? i want to narrow the rear to get a bigger dish when i get my weld rts'. i figured i would narrow it 2.25" on each side. so that would get me a 60.22 from flange to flange on my new setup. reason for 2.25" is weld rts actually measure over 10".

this is what i would plan to run

stock rear end - 15x10 wheel you need a 7.5" backspace to fit like stock wheels
narrowed 2.25 on each side - weld rts measure 15x10.275 i would narrow it 2.25" so i would order that wheel with a 5.5" backspace to make up for the difference in rear end lengths.

i need to give him the flange to flange measurement i want. that is the wheel i want to run so is the 60.22" measurement what i need to give him? thanks guys.
