Default Zexel torsen posi rebuild?
I got a zexel torsen posi from a 7.5 then started clicking and such when turning, ripped it apart and some teeth broke off a couple worm gears, makes sense it saw a lot of abuse lol .Are these things rebuildable? If so where do you get parts?

Rebuildable, no. Parts are not available from Torsen. Even if you had two parts units to make one good one, a special assembly fixture is needed.

yep.........parts N/A.......only choice is to buy a whole new unit......or switch to a auburn unit
