Default a quik vote would be appreciated. (gears)

which would you do with the mods in my Sig. i blew the ring and pinion so this is y i asked.
i am looking for more better "all around" acceleration. i didnt mind my 323's at all. i have driven a car with 4.10's and it shifts waaaaay to fast for me. i have heard that 3.73's are an awesome all around gear. my 3.23's were good from a 29mph roll and 65mph.
how is this going to change with new gears??
will i be sacrificing any performance from a roll with 3.73's??

J

You need to post your goals before asking someone to answer a question like that..

IMO 3:73's are the best universal gear for an automatic street car.

seeing as how you have an A4 and you're concerned with highway driving, I would go with the 3.73's

Given your goals, I voted for 3.73s, but I suggest keeping your 3.23s because its less hassle and you could put your $$ towards headers.

4.10s for drag only (what I'm going to), 3.23s for 'normal driving' or road racing (what I have now), 3.73s for a little of both (what most people go to). Clear as mud?
