T2R, girdle, solid pinion racer, weld axle housings and better axles, stock 3:42 gears.

That's about it for making a 10-bolt strong.

I've had 400+HP on my 10-bolt for 2 years, running Nittos.

To keep the 10 bolt alive, you need to stick with stock gears, street tires, bolt-ons or maybe a mild cam at most, and don't go to the track if you have an M6... even then it's no guarantee.

I sheared over 8 teeth off the ring gear in my 10 bolt launching on Nittos, and I had no wheel hop... did all I could to eliminate wheel hop with aftermarket suspension pieces and it still did no good.

IMHO, if you have to ask, then you should probably get yourself a 12 bolt or 9 inch...
