Default which driveshaft to get??

well im gonna be making about 470 at the wheels and i need a beefy drive shaft to replace that stock aluminum one. i have to get a drive shaft soon because i will be selling my stock on, i seen a nice one on sphons site, where should i get one from?

tried to seach and every one peopel said to search and never gave an answer, i read about a nitrous one from denny maybe? but it takes a long time to get. can you just tell me a good strong one i can get with a good yoke??

i am getting an inland HD alluminum one with a 1350 yoke, they said it will support up yo 1000 hp. you can order them from moser.

I use a Denny's nitrous drive shaft. Nice and strong and doesn't cost to much. Hope this helps.

where do i order it and how much is it. sorry i would try and seach but my computer is having issues today....itwould really help if you could jsut tell me or pm me. how much heavier than stock is it?

Dont worry about it. I do not mind answering any questions you have. I bought mine from a friend for 100 dollars with 5 passes on it. I never weighted it but there is not a huge weight difference between the two.

I have a Strange chrome moly one on order from Billingsley Racing. I have not gotten it yet so I can not comment on the weight of it. Billingsley offers 2 of them, one is less than $300.00 and the sever duty is about $350.00 with yoke and u joints.

AP engineering here offers a nice one, i bought a 3" chromoly from them $330 if i remember correctly, very smooth piece, 1350 spicer ujoints and a good yoke.....wouldnt hesitate to buy it again

strang, ap, dennys, sphon...these are all the ones i have seen, prob wanna go chromoly right? the thing it i might not beable to wait on one if i can sell my stock ds, would all those be good choices? ill be going to the strip but it wont be like every week or anything, prob not even every other week...
