Strange = Long wait

Moser = Poor build quality

I'm going with DTS (www.drivetrainspecialists.com)

I have heard nothing but good things about Moser. You should go to the site and e-mail him. I asked him a page full of questions and he had them all answered by the next morning.

Just as an FYI: Both Moser 9" I've been privvy to installation required modification to the center section. Haven't seen their 12bolt yet.

ChasGiv3 was looking into a Mark Williams 12bolt, but scrapped the idea when they made the assumption that he'd have readily available access to a machine shop (not really plug and play) but he could comment more on the details.

I will prolly go with the Strange, mainly because they are local for me.

My boyfriend got his Moser 12bolt w/ 4.11's/Eaton posi and has the left side axle going back to Moser....the splines on the axle are twisted.

Moser said they never saw one twist, but bend yes. Thing is he only has 370 RWHP and we think maybe it was defective from the get go, it's only been on the car 2 months.

But, Moser is good and I think Stange is as well. Coming from my b/f being a racing/mechanic he chose Moser.

WE hope it's just a defect, or was not hardened properly, cannot wait til the car is back up again, soon!!

What gear did you go with John? Any install issues or is it strictly a plug and play type thing?

Moser 12-bolt. Great build quality and only slightly noiser than the 10-bolt. The only negative comment I have is it would be nice to have had all the hardware included.

Yep! Only thing I had to do was move my brakes over to it. Alignment was perfect, I was a little worried that it would be off... didn't want the 315's to hit

It had everything but paint.. still haven't figured out why they don't paint them.

My Moser 12 bolt is noisy.I need an adj.PHB to center the rear end.Drivers side sits 3/4" taller than pass.side.The pinion seal leaks,too.Installed May 2001.No street racing and has made 6 1/4 passes at the track.
