Is my 10 bolt getting ready to go?
It's driving fine during normal daily driving, but if I'm on the highway or wherever and I floor it, the rear end feels like it shudders/chatters pretty violently...enough to make me immediately let off the gas.
Anyone else experienced this? Is it my rear?
My car is cammed and has a spec III clutch. She's making just under 400rwhp. I've run it at the track probably 40-50 times in the last 2 years. I've probably sprayed it maybe 20 or 30 times between the street and the track. Never used any tires other than F1's. It's also an M6 by the way.

Probably. Are you sure its your rear making the noise? I would at least get up under the car and make sure everything is tight but with 400 hp, spray and a m6....its probably on its way out

U-joints, tranny mount, could also make for a load-
dependent vibe. Just have to chase along the whole
driveline and look for side-play, looseness. I'd start
with the stuff that's readily inspectable, just in case
you're lucky.
