Im lookin the same TQ arm bracket. I got my housing from a guy who already welded all the brackets on except a TQ arm mount. Probably your best bet is to get just a 10-bolt housing , cut/re-weld them on the 9"

That won't work. The factory 10bolt TQ arm bracket is cast into the housing. Its not worth it to try to build a housing when you can buy one for $500. I plan on just buying a Moser housing with TQ arm bracket and Axles for $950. Then adding my own centersection.

They make aftermarket mounts for the TQ arms. I got my housing , brackets welded on, and axles for $150 and it was fabbed up in the car so its a bolt in fit.

You can buy the torque arm bracket for a 9" from Moser or Strange.
