I just got my car back from having a tranny rebuild under warranty. However I have noticed a real notchy type feeling when driving sometimes. The shifter will get a little stiff for a minute, then I pump the clutch pedal a couple of times and it goes away. Hydraulics maybe?? Fluid is full.

Now before I took the car in, I installed my old stock clutch that had 30K miles on it. Could the worn out disk be causing the problem?? I never had that problem with the old clutch before, but it's an idea. TIA
