Default 12 bolt w/no abs/tcs in a 4 channel car?

How is my car going to react? I have a 4 channel 10 bolt with abs and tcs. I am looking into purchasing a 12 bolt w/4.10s, 33 spline eaton heavy duty posi, 1350 yoke, and aluminum support cover. The rear end already has backing plates on it but it is not setup for abs or tcs. What all is going to be affected if I use this rear end? I realize the obvious like not having tcs and abs, but is it going to affect anything else? It was set up for a 98-02 car and there is no gear whine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Only thing it will affect is the ABS and TCS. You'll lose both and have two lights on the dash (TCS off and ABS inop)....that's it.

That is what I was hoping to hear. Is it possible to turn off the abs inop light with hptuners?

Nope. No changes with ABS or TCS in HPTuners.

A friend of mine took out the gauges and put a piece of black tape behind the light. I'd probably do something like that to make it go away but a buddy of mine is going to swap axels and brake brackets with me so my 4 channel works again. I'm in the same boat right now.
