12 bolt or 9inch? Help needed....

12 bolt or 9inch? Help needed.... Im looking for opinions on what type of rear to go with. I am currently just over 400rwhp. I am doing a set of AFR 205's milled, and possilby an LSX intake with a Nick Williams TB 90/90 combo. I will also have a 100~150 dry shot of nitrous on it.The car would see the track maybe once or twice a season. It's daily driven too. I think the most abuse she would see is some limited track time, and the occasional showing off in front of the friends.
Is going for the 9" overkill? Is a 12 bolt strong enough? What spline axles should I go with?
What are the plusses, and minuses of each? Which place is very reputable for making really good rears, with good customer service?
I currently have 4.10's in the stock 10 bolt, with not even a squeak yet. Would it be wise to go with 4.33's or 4.56's? Im kinda used to the 4.10's now...lol

12 bolts are for a4s, 9" for sure!! m6s are hell on drivetrains. plus the 12bolts have been having problems with the torq arm bolts.
