Default What's the best rear end setup for drag/autoX/roadcourses?

As per the title, I'm looking for a versatile and strong rear end. It must be capable of handleing at least 460 hp / 415 ft.lbs of tq., as that's where the car is sitting right now.

I'm not too comfortable with what I've heard about the 12 bolts. I am leaning towards a 9". However, I want the rear to have a locker, but I fear that lockers aren't good for autoX or roadcourses- I can't imagine the lock/unlock action is a good thing for turns.

What do you all suggest? 9" with a...? Posi? Locker? Spool? etc. Or should I be looking at a different rear end setup? Thanks
