Default How do get rid of "ABS INOP"?

Hi,
I installed a 9" in my car and would like to disable the "ABS INOP" light. I heard it takes a resistor, can anyone give me details? Thanks in advance. Timmay!!!

I can tell you one simple fix to help with any dash light that might pop up, just reach under the dash and pull out the ABS INOP bulb , just kiddin, I'm not real for sure on the 9" setup.

www.sjmmanufacturing.com they're a sponsor. They sell a kit that will eliminate all the abs parts off the car and it comes with a proportioning valve but they say the same thing pull the light out of the dash.

When I pulled my dash out I didn't know which and or how to pull the bulb so I just put black tape over it. It is hard to see the tape under the glass.

It's even harder to see if you put the tape on the other side of the overlay, more like you cant see it at all. Thats what I did for my tcs light and plan to do the same for my abs light.

They don't look in your dash for missing or burned out bulbs do they?

I didn't try to remove the bulb as it is soldered into the board. I used electrical tape and I painted the bulb with black high-temp paint. Now, you can't see it at all.
