Default 10 bolt shat on me today

Didn't even get 1 run in, launched, wheel hop, and bam, 2.0 in the 60ft and it broke..pulling the rear tmrw, hopefully find that its just the ring and pinion, and not the posi..well, with my clutch fixed and cam, i ran a 12.xx at 39.xx , imma go down to a 3.73 now

The tiny ring and pinion on these cars is a problem that there is no solution to, other than junking it. Bob

If you're lucky it's the ring and pinion. If you're not, you'll find something like I did, like a broken axle and a badly cracked diff. The good news was the 4.10 ring and pinion didn't have a mark on them.

i was launching around 1.5k or so, nothing harsh and on kd's at that, wheel hop is what broke it i think
