Fronts were $1300 and the back 4 piston setup was $720.. plus the fluid and braided brake lines.. oh and the extra set of pads ran $120.. compared to the price of Brembo or Baer 6 pistons they are almost free.. LOL

Thanks for the compliment Tony .... BUT .....

Argh!! Thanks to someone on the board emailing me I was just saved a MAJOR hassel..

Tomorrow is install day for the new brakes.. i get up this morning and find out the following:

1. using the rear brakes from Wilwood will render TCS inop
2. This will also cause your ABS INOP and TCS OFF lights to always shine
3. I WOULD NEED TO BUY NEW NON-TCS AXELS!!!

I guess when Wilwood designed the kit they did it on a non-TCS car so they didnt know there was an issue.. also a dope at GM told them the axels were the same for TCS and NON-TCS (their story).. Once I found the right people at Wilwood I got all the answers I needed.. and they agreed to take the backs back from LG..

The back brakes were becoming 90% of the work for 10% of the performance enhancement and given that this ISNT a race car and I go to the track on an occasional basis it just isnt worth hacking everything up.. LG has been great and agreed to take the rears back without any re-stocking fee or anything.. Im still looking forward to installing the fronts tomorrow and Im sure I will feel a huge improvement over stock.. now to find a set of rear Eradispeeds

What a day!

Make sure to take a good pic of the front rotor with the hat and everything put together and then a pic of the Eradispeed rotor when you get them to see how close they match. I am just wondering if anyone would notice they werent the same rotors.
Is your carbon fiber interior the kit that RK Sport used to sell but is now discontinued?
If it was from somewhere else please let me know where.
If you decide you want to sell the C.F. email me

Uh,.. no ~ front calipers are massive.. draglights will never be an option.. but thats ok..

Yes, the interior kit is the one from RK that they discontinued.. maybe they didnt sell very many because it was $700!! (not that i paid that )

From what i can tell they match pretty good.. They will even more once the zinc coating wears off the rotor surface.. besides they will match better than stock rotors in the back..

Beautiful car man. I am seriously thinkin about putting that same setup with my 19 inch GT3s. I'm not too sure about that ABS and TCS issue. If there isn't a fix from Wilwood then I will probably not get them and get some Eradispeed rotors. By the way, what kind of seats do you have in your car? I'm also going to go the Carbon fiber fuel rail covers. Don't forget to post some pics of your finished install of the Wilwoods. Peace
