problems getting into reverse??
problems getting into reverse?? anyone have problems with the solenoid that prevents you from getting into reverse when driving? well, mine is sticking even when i'm completely stopped. i need to use two hands to force it into reverse.. or sometimes if i wiggle it enough the solenoid will pop back..
is it easily accessible to replace or lubricate this thing??
or should i just grow some more muscles and keep jamming it? <img src="gr_sad.gif" border="0">

Re: problems getting into reverse?? Hmmm you might want to have that checked out. But have you tried going into first then go into reverse. That always works for me when I can't get into reverse. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

As a last resort I took it to the dealer and they replaced the reverse synchro. No problems whatsoever now. <img src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" border="0">
