I've got it. Fit fine with my Grots & 3" Y-pipe. I did dimple the Y-pipe slightly, but it looks like I didn't need to do very much dimpling at all. Not enough to hurt flow in the least. My Y-pipe is an ugly kludge, though, and not to be taken seriously.
I cut the outer 2 holes off on the Jegs loop, but really you only need to do that on the driver's side. It's a bolt in, and fits great. Why anyone would spend $100 on a DS loop is beyond me. Would I install it again? Heck yes!
It tucks up there VERY nicely. I'm running it with a Denny's Nitrous Ready driveshaft, but the stock shaft would work fine too. Had to remove the seats to lift the carpet to put the bolts in, but install was no biggie.

I've also got the Jegs loop on my '01 Camaro. I have FLP's. It fits really nice. Close, but nice. No concerns about ground clearance like the BMR piece, and it is much more affordable. You need to trim off both ends of the loop where it bolts to the body. I just centered a line between the bolt holes and cut it off with a portaband. You do need to remove the seats to put the bolts in from inside the car. There is no need to remove the carpet. Just cut a slit in the carpet large enough to get a wrench on the bolt head to hold a back up when tightening the loop bolts. Get the Jegs loop, you won't regret it.

Looks like you have to put some holes in the floor for it to work. Where do they come out inside the car?

The loop is nowhere near the rear seats. It's just behind the tailshaft of the trans, which is about in the middle of the front seats. You cannot see the bolts once installed. I already had my center console out, pulled my front seats, and it was not difficult at all, and completely unnoticeable.
