pinion crush washer
anyone know if you can use the old crush washer that sits on the pinion shaft right behind the pinion front bearing when installing a new gear on the stock 10 bolt?
i'm installing 3.73 gear set versus the stock 3.42 and this is where i'm stuck at as i'm sure that what i ordered is not the right one and i need it done

You can't un-crush the pinion spacer, and it could possibly
need to go that way.
Ratech hard pinion spacer and shims will stay where you
put them. Crush collars will get beat down over time and
additional play is not your friend.
