Ok, This is definetaly my next mod. a 12 bolt, with 3.73 gears. I dont know what brand though. I do have some concerns. Right now I have UMI 3 point SFCs and LCAs. I plan on adding a Torque arm and Strano Sway bars. Now, Will they bolt up to the 12 bolt wit hno problems? Also, Will the 12 botl itself bolt right up or do I need to modify anything ???.
And finally, I have a 2002 SS with no TCS, DOes that means I need the 3 channel one ?

Yes, everything will bolt up to a Moser 12 bolt. The larger 3 o.d. axle tubes require 3" exhaust U Bolts to be used to remount the swaybar, no big deal though.
You will also need a Napa pn# 240 -0447 U Joint to use the stock driveshaft with the Moser 12 bolt. This mates the factory 1310 to the larger 1350 Moser yoke.
No TCS means indeed that you have a 3 channel. Bob

I have UMI equipment and the bars from Strano. All bolt up perfectly to Strange. Sounds like you need the 3-channel. You will not need U bolts for the swaybar. Using hardware from Strange, it bolts up to the swaybar perch on the bottom of the axle tubes. Strange units will also come with the crossover u-joint. Just paint it and slap it in!

You guys who have the UMI bar - did you have to get a little creative to fit it onto the 12? I don't have the UMI t/a on yet, but I held it up roughly to the 12 bolt and it didn't seem like it wanted to fit easily over the front of the rear end.
