They were installed last week, and I've probably got about 500 miles on them, and no hard launches or even WOT runs. Hopefully the Mac covger I have on will help a bit, until I can decide on what else to throw back there.
I have the same setup, down to the Mac cover. I have about 75K miles on mine and they are as quiet as the day they were installed, which is just as quiet as the stock 3.42s were. I use (for now) Havoline dino 80W-90 gear oil. I drive the **** out of it, but I'm not pushing 425+ rwhp/tq. through it like (it seems) everyone else on here does. Also, except for Nitto DRs at the track, I don't run around all the time on glue like tires. Still, I could not be happier with the deal. I guess it was the GREAT installation/setup I recieved at Cartek, (one of our sponsors in Garwood, N.J.) to credit for my "luck".

i have yukon 4.10 gears and they are the loudest thing ever--but i do believe they are a strong gear set. i've got a built rear on the way that will hopefully be quieter than what i'm currently running or else i'm gonna have to look into a louder exhaust and stereo.
